SPRING PERFORMANCE 2013Our Spring Performance is an In-Studio Performance held at Dance Art Academy, 731 South La Brea Avenue, in which all students of the school are invited to participate. Students will demonstrate material they have learned throughout the course of the year.
Tickets are $25.00 per adult for each performance. Children 12 and under are free. Tickets can be purchased at the studio beginning April 20th, or you may purchase at the door on performance days. Please note the tickets are General Admission and there is no Reserve Seating. Kindly note we're unable to sell tickets over the phone or via email.
With 50 classes and 400 students, it is necessary to present our Spring Performance over three weekends:

SUMMER INTENSIVE 2013: JULY 1ST TO AUGUST 9THOur program is open to students from 6 to 18 years old. We offer classes in dance forms that are most essential to students preparing for a professional career in ballet. Students who enroll in the six week program are often delighted with the improvement in their technique. Applicants who are not students of the MDSB School are asked to take a placement class. We will present informal showcases every two weeks to give all students the chance to perform.

WE WELCOME ALL DANCERS - COME JOIN US IN 2013!Classes for the Winter Session began on January 4 and will end on June 13th. New students must schedule a placement class before enrolling. Our class for the youngest dancer is called Creative Movement and your child must be three years old to enroll.

THE 2013 YOUTH AMERICA GRAND COMPETITIONWe're pleased to announce the winners who placed at the 2013 Los Angeles YAGP Regional, held at Huntington Beach in February. We're proud that in addition to our student wins, Marat Daukayev won the Outstanding Teacher Award and Andrea Schermoly won the Choreography Award. Congratulations to everyone!
